this carlot is a joke, i have a friend who was "approved" for a loan and driving a van for over a month and never got paperwork and called and called and finally last week, they told her she was not approved for a loan! and she traded in a car that they sold and are now telling her they will get that car back from the lady they sold it to...wow, is this really how they do business and get away with it...someone needs to take responsibility and make it right....glenbrook dodge hyundai should be ashamed of themselves and i will be sure to tell everyone i know how they treat their customers...what is management's role? do they know? do they care?
